I CAN Foundation interventions in school heath programs by implement the initiative as an integral part of school health advancement initiatives to meet the health care needs of children coming from rural and urban communities. We at I CAN organising school base health camps and awareness session on hygiene or viral diseases in rural and semi-rural government schools.
We organised several school medical health camps under the School Health Program, screened thousands of children, and provided free treatment to children who needed it. After conducting such medical camps in rural and slum schools and conducting in-depth research and analysis, we have concluded that these medical camps are sufficient as a short-term solution, but we can help promote well-being throughout the ages Can. to accept. Sequential access is required.
The main purpose of school health programs or initiatives is to appoint at least one specialised physician near government school areas, who can see children from slums and rural areas. Along with a doctor, a team of health care volunteers from that particular area and a clinic for expert attention are also attached to the school. By this, volunteers can help these children and advance treatment and provide hygiene and awareness sessions on ongoing viruses or viral diseases. While doctors can perform primary checkups and volunteers follow medications and treatments.
This is not the end of the program. The appointed physician checks in the school 1 to 2 times a month in their area to see if all the children are healthy, this is done every month of the year so that we have a systematic way of working our health care programs Possible
In a compartmentalized world, the rights of women and those of children have often been promoted in isolation from one another.
"I CAN" shows how discrimination and other human rights violations against women affect children and vice versa.
We are effectively working for major development issues: promoting the human rights of adolescent girls, eliminating child marriage, Gender equality, the protection of human rights, especially of children, survival, protection, development and participation of every child and women of India.
